Dex joined Vigilant Biosciences® in January 2020 as Director of IT & Program Management and was promoted to Senior Director of Software Systems in April 2023. Dex brings over 15 years of experience across medical devices, enterprise SaaS, and consumer technology, owning Vigilant’s software roadmap and cybersecurity program. Previously, he managed cancer ablation technology programs at Perseon, and as Senior Product Manager at SolarWinds, drove a 20% increase in sales velocity helping the company grow 4x to generate $700M+ in licensed revenue. Dex began his career at Microsoft producing Age of Empires Online. He studied Communications and Media at Bellevue College.
